How to book.

We ask for a £100 booking fee to secure your date, an invoice will be sent via email. Once paid your date is secured and off the market. This is then transferred into our diary. A formal receipt is emailed to you for your records. please note that the booking fee will de deducted from your overall balance, not an added extra cost and is also non refundable.

Full payment.

This is not requested to be paid in full until one month prior to your event.

Scheduling a call, site/unit visits for booked in couples.

We will be in contact with you one month before your wedding to finalise your booking and chat through any changes. At this point we will also be requesting any personalisation to be sent to us for your signage if required for your booking.

We will now be ordering anything we need to complete your booking if not in stock. This ensures we have everything we need and most importantly it arrives within plenty of time.

No changes will be allowed at this point.

The week of the wedding.

All mock ups will begin and pictures will be sent if required.
